Hey All!

If you're like me, you might be wondering where to go to get current information about Motocross races and events.

Well, I'm going to share some today that I hope can be of some help!

First off is MPX Motocross
They have a website and a Facebook page, and Facebook is probably the better option. It's just easier to keep up to date it seems.

This is their description from Facebook:
MPX is a safe family oriented track that is 100% viewable from the spectator areas. We have 2 tracks. A mini track and our big main track.
This is an excellent track to visit if you're just looking for a nice track that isn't too extreme. They have a schedule of races up on their FB page. The track is in Sebewaing, MI.

Another track to check out is Baja Acres.
This track is a bit more hardcore and not exactly designed for safety.
If you're an up and coming MX racer and want to really prove yourself, this is where you need to start!
From their website:
Baja Acres est. 1974. 80 acre commercial recreational facility with natural elevation changes, 1.5 mile main national caliber motocross track
with optional sections. Mostly sandy soils to mixed soils with some clay. Separate Jr. Track mostly clay soils.

If you're farther into the middle of the State of Michigan and want to make a destination vacation of it, then you may want to join the Bulldogs Motocross Club.
Their track can be found in Millington, MI and isn't too far from Birch Run or Frankenmuth.
From their website:
Bulldog Motorcycle Club is a motocross track established some 70 years ago and is known for its challenging and ever changing track. Located in the beautiful country side of mid-Michigan which allows for no shortage of great scenery. You can find Bulldogs a few miles from Millington, 20 minutes from Birch Run, and just a little over a 1/2 hour from Flint.

Last but certainly not least is District 14.
This membership based organization is the place to go to learn all about the do's and don'ts of riding and racing in Michigan.
You will learn about race schedules, people to follow, track rules and a whole lot more.
From the website:

We are White Collar. We are Blue Collar.

Professionals, laborers, and everything in between.

WE are District 14!

WE are motorcycle and ATV racers!
WE are Clubs and Promoters!
WE live to ride and ride to live type of people!
WE are Competitive!
WE are all these things, but we are so much more!

An honorable mention would be MidwestEnduros.Com
Ryan Moss is the creator and webmaster of the site.
He tries to keep it updated with all the latest news related to Enduro racing.
This is a very full site with tons of information. Definitely worth your time to give it a look-see.

So there you go!
I hope this information is helpful to you.
Of course I would be remiss if I didn't mention that we have some great sales on Riding Gear in the store for the new season!
So come and get your new gear and then head out and race!

See ya soon!
